We were founded in 2021 as a different kind of company. We’re downright enthusiastic about our products. But we’re more impassioned about our employees. Believing each of us was created on purpose, for a purpose, we create dignity in our employees by supplying a great job with great pay as well as employee training programs and a whole-person approach. Could a factory job actually be a place of healing? Could a culture of hope bring restoration to a community brought low by violence, poverty and inequities? SECOND CHANCE PROGRAM
Volumod believes in second chances! We hire out of incarceration or addiction recovery and invest in our re-entry program, helping employees find new life after prison or recovery by giving participants a job, new work abilities, life skills and one-on-one mentoring. In addition to learning skills in the construction trades, participants focus on character development. Find out more information here.
